Special dispatch from Hamilton reports Peter Schwab arrested on a ballot stuffing charge tied to Campbell tickets to defeat Mr. Schenck. He appeared before U.S. Commissioner Kumler, posted bond, and is to return at eight o clock next. Stephen Crane and another attorney represented the prosecution.
