Democratic Convention May Move From St Louis to Cincinnati

Grand Encampment of Ohio Meets in Cleveland

Special to the Times and Chronicle reports the Grand Encampment of the I C C F met at 8 30 forenoon with C I present. Ohio Patriarchal branch membership stood at 9647 on January 1 and receipts for last year totaled 62061 08. Expenditures for relief to Patriarchs widowed families and burials amounted to 90264 44 961 and 20043 75 respectively. A proposal to move the Grand Encampment meeting from May to October was referred to the State of the Order committee. Cleveland was chosen as next year’s meeting place and the session will end with a boat ride on the lake at 2 PM.
