From Lompon March 6 the London Times reports France rapid evacuation by German army. Emperor William will tour Ferrieres this week and review corps. Forts Valerien and others evacuated on the 7th Rouen on the 12th and left bank of the Seine on the 19th. Forty thousand French troops march to Paris to release the Mobile Guard.
