Public business awaiting action as the year closes and reorganization for the year ahead is prepared for President's consideration. A Cabinet meeting is expected tomorrow and Wednesday plans to announce departmental changes due to the law's reduction.
A pair of heavy gold chain bracelets bearing the name Ellie J. Peden were shown to Superintendent of Police. In Police Court, David Boyd faced assault with intent to kill charges against Anus Pinherty, continued till July 3 with bail. J M Lemasney was charged with receiving stolen goods from a hat net incident.
About 700 pounds of iron believed stolen is displayed on request to the Superintendent of Police. The iron is thought to be from the Hamilton and Dayton Railroad Company according to authorities.
