The Police Court statement shows fines collected city and state totals of 27455 44 dollars Dundee. The monthly cases tried range from 240 in August to 790 in October with a yearly total of 7434. Abstracts from Smithsonian month December 1570 record six inches snow two inches of rain and melted snow six clear days with a 24th average seven degrees below zero at 7 am on the 24th ten below zero. Accident injures Elevens Wells driver Garrett
Mr Garrett, driver of the hose reel, met a singular accident when the reel wheels struck a side house as it was being driven out. He was knocked from his seat and one wheel passed over his head, peeling the scalp similarly to peeling a rind. His injuries are serious but not fatal. The York Street Methodist Church watched a sermon on vows delivered by Rev Lucien Clark followed by an experience meeting.
