Conductor Hurt in High Speed Train Jump

Special Dispatch from Richmont Ixp August 27 says Conductor Holloway of the Pennsylvania Cincinnati and St Louis line was seriously injured after leaping from his train at North during a forty mile per hour run. The train backed up and found the conductor uninjured, having jumped while asleep. A child of Mrs Isins, colored, was found dead in bed. Cause unknown.
