A Pittsburgh telegraph from April 20 describes Rebel forces near Morgertown at about eight hundred strong with suspected efforts to disrupt the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad. The Memphis Bulletin resumes publication under tight censorship. Federals occupy Tuscumbia amid clashes. an attack on the piece occurred but stout resistance drove the attackers out.
