In the Police Court this morning John Moran a wiry stout man about twenty eight was held under bond of three hundred dollars to keep the peace toward a Scones man Richard Blaxely and others. Moran an express driver claims to be the bully at the depot after blows from Moran led to his arrest last night. Moran was fined ten dollars and costs and held to keep the peace pending further action.

Damages claimed for Love of Life in Brighton fatal incline case
