Letting Them Run From Fortress Monroe
Two flag of truce steamers left Fortress Monroe on Saturday carrying about a thousand rebel prisoners to Richmond. Among them were Brigadier General Churchill and six hundred other officers, including the pirate mines family and Colonel Zarvona known as the French lady.
