Louisville, Feb 26. The Hon Don White proprietor of the Salk Works and father of the Hon Isan White a recent Republican Congressman from the Ninth District died by his own action by drowning. Before drowning he tied something to water to escape and had shown signs of insanity for several days prior his act. His brother the Hon White once Speaker of the United States House of Representatives described the incident as a suicide.
