Dayton February 14 A man posing as Charles Harris and a railroader obtained goods on false pretenses and fled toward Eaton. Harris reappeared, hid at the Barracks, then fled after a warrant. he jumped into the river to escape Officer Fair, who fired once. Harris was captured near shore after being drenched and given Fair's overcoat. The mayor will hear the case tomorrow.
