John Kern and James Shannon fined for disorderly conduct. Michael Sullivan charged with assault and battery five dollars and costs. Chas Schantz fined fifty dollars and costs with five days City Prison. John Haley jailed twenty five dollars and costs for disorderly conduct.
The Board of City Improvements met with Mayor Wilstach presiding. Bills allowed include bowlder street repairs across Northern Eastern and Western districts, sewer accounts, and street grading and paving contracts. Extensions granted for Clifton avenue and Fuller street works. A request to change McGregor avenue grade was referred to the engineer, and future adjournment to meet County Commissioners scheduled.
