Two army aviators died when a plane crashed during a test flight at College Park Maryland. Second Lieutenant Lewis C Rockwell died at Walter Reed hospital after the crash Corporal Frank S Scott was killed instantly. Rockwell had earned a civilian pilot certificate three weeks earlier and the board of inquiry will meet next week to investigate the accident.
