Billy Ranieri a ten year old boy abducted in Chicago nearly two weeks ago was found near Joliet Illinois. He had been held by four men who released him near a filling station after driving him from Lockport. He carried ten dollars and a discolored eye from a blow during captivity. The boy walked toward a streetcar line as instructed and identified by police from newspaper photos.
