W W Freeman of Union Gas and ElectricCompany announces the gas rate ordinance should set sixty cents per thousand cubic feet with a seventy five cent minimum. The company rejects the proposed thirty five cent rate as inadequate and plans to seek the higher figure before the Public Utilities Commission.
