A renowned surgeon Dr. Rasomin allegedly went insane during a private operation in Moscow on September 15. He attacked an assistant as the team restrained him. the laborer patient with appendicitis survived and is recovering. Rasomin has been committed to an asylum as incurably insane.
The Department of Justice will terminate immediately the litigation over charges of false billing brought against the General Petroleum Corporation and the Utah Oil Company.

City electrician William O Kleine outlined plans for a city wide light signal traffic system to be installed in Cincinnati.
