Covington held a Fernbank dam celebration day with a trolley tour of the city for visitors. The Industrial club made its first public appearance guiding tours, speeches, and a banquet. Races and a minstrel show followed, as officials praised the dam and Covington’s awakening in business.

Former Cincinnati Man Goes to Reward
Edward W. Harden aged 46 of Hamilton Ohio died at his home. He was director and superintendent of the American Frog and Switch company and former chief draughtsman for Weir Frog and Switch. Born July 3 1865 in Cincinnati he was past master of Cyn thidna Lodge No 155 F and A M and active in Scottish Rite. Survived by widow and daughter Stella. Funeral Thursday from Spring Grove chapel with Masonic rites and lodges pallbearers.
