Driving Auto While Drunk Costs Him Ten Days in Jail

More than 1000 delegates attended the second day of the 37th annual Army and Navy Union encampment in Cincinnati. Major D C Handley opened the morning session with reports from committees. Harry Gilligan urged support for the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars. Afternoon speaker J J Clark spoke on organization and officers were to be elected. Philadelphia is favored as the next encampment site. About 200 delegates toured Cincinnati and the group ended with a Zoo dinner.
