Retiring members of the Cincinnati Waterworks Commission are now dissolved. R. P. Rifenbhrick is named in connection with the dissolution.
The waterworks board of trustees dissolved yesterday after a tense final session led by President Herrmann and Member Rifenberick. Member Melish pressed to extend service or reconsider unsettled claims, while Herrmann and Rifenberick blocked further action, arguing four weeks remain insufficient to finalize issues.
