Two fires kept firefighters busy last night. A four story brick building housing Cincinnati Carriage Goods Company at 840 842 West Sixth Street was gutted with stock and building damage near 16000. A smaller fire at Second and Sycamore caused 500 in losses. Fire was discovered by Charles F. Jacobs and extinguished within 90 minutes. The Cincinnati Mattress Company at Second and Speamore Streets sustained 400 in losses. the building 100. both insured.
