Hamilton County Courthouse to undergo major remodelling

The Board of Commissioners approves plans for a two story vertical expansion to the Courthouse, adding nearly 50 000 square feet and modern amenities. The project includes new offices for the Solicitor and Election Board, redistribution of many county offices, and four rapid transit elevators with entrances on Main North and South Court streets. The proposed cost is under 250 000 dollars funded by bonds to be approved by voters on November 6.
