Stevenson died after being struck while attempting to board a street car at Ludlow and Lafayette avenues Clifton the driver Alexander Elder of Clover nook avenue North College Hill faces no charges. Sponsel boy was killed instantly after running into the path of a car driven by Christ Schuler 16 of 3925 Germania avenue Fairfax Subdivision. The boy was carried home by neighbors and pronounced dead by Dr B C Simmons. Coroner Fred C Swing reported death from a fractured skull and internal injuries. Witnesses exonerated Schuler and police made no charge.
