Carl McElhinney, seven years old, was bound over to the grand jury on a second degree murder charge in Dalton Ohio. Andrew Klitz of Congo Ohio died at St Francis Hospital after hours of hydrophobia. He was 27, a coal miner married, who had been bitten by his own dog last July after the animal had been exposed to another dog. He had attended a wedding in Columbus with his wife when symptoms began.
New York October 4 The World reports the engagement of Miss Edith Collins and Chauncey Mitchell Depew is now practically acknowledged. The wedding is expected in November at St. Bartholomew's Church. Miss Collins, a Vanderbilt descendant, is said to be worth 3 million dollars.
