Highwaymen rob Lexington trio of $1012 near Latonia race track
After a Lexing ton party won 1012 at Latonia race track, returning south on the Dixie Highway they were robbed by two men. A white assailant and a black man forced them to surrender cash and a check before fleeing toward Covington. Deputy Kinney traced the trail into Covington but could not catch the robbers.
