Trenton N J Nov 4 John M Mack and Henry Tatnall receivers for the National Asphalt Company and the American Asphalt Company filed supplementary reports in the United States Circuit Court. They say expenses have been cut by consolidating operations and creating a uniform organization across the underlying companies, eliminating duplicate executive functions.
