Portsmouth Ohio November 13 Andrew Graham a Vernon Township farmer was arrested for failing to provide for his family. His wife says he hated work so much that when forced to work he wore one of her dresses to conceal identity. He has lost almost all his property and, unable to post bond, is jailed.
A published petition from the Doukhobors asks the Sultan of Turkey for permission to settle in parts of his empire where they can cultivate gardens by their own hands and live without being compelled to obey human laws.

Paul Woodward stands trial for luring two boys Brice Jennings and Paul Coffin into the woods where they died. In Marion Indiana on November 13 1910 two women claiming to be the lawful widows of Thomas H. Davis attended his funeral with their two grown children. It was disclosed Davis had lived a double life for over twenty five years. The scene was tearful as the widows cried together and the children formed a bond.
Special Dispatch to Commercial Tribune reports in Hamilton on November 13 that Edward M. South nearly died after drinking vinegar with supper. He went unconscious overnight and remained speechless until prompt medical aid saved his life.
