Washington May 29 The official text of Admiral Togo three reports on the clash with Russia was released from Tokyo The first report dated May 27 notes a combined squadron moved to attack weather was fine with heavy seas The second report May 27 describes sinking at least four Russian ships and heavy damage to others The Japanese destroyers and torpedo boats aided after sunset The main force pursued on May 28 near Liancourt Rocks northeast of Okinoshima where five Russian ships were present Izumrud fled while four vessels surrendered
