A 42 year old widow Ella Durr shot Charles Burrows a 45 year old teamster in a Meekers livery stable dwelling in Franklin Ohio. She claimed self defense after he repeatedly pressed her for a theater outing and threatened to kill her. She confessed and was jailed in Lebanon awaiting Coroner’s inquest. Relatives in Youngstown Ohio notified.
