Sault Ste. Marie Mich May 14 Six crewmen of the barge Miztec are believed lost after the storm last night tore Miztec and the barge Peshtigo from the steamer Zillah off White Fish Point. The Peshtigo rode a heavy sea a mile offshore and rescue efforts failed to save others. The Zillah found shelter in the lee of White Fish Point. The Miztec was commanded by Captain K Pederson of Buffalo.
