Preacher Hangs Self in Kentucky Woods
The Rev Frank M. Thomas a well known Methodist minister was found dead by hanging from a tree near his Bowling Green home. He was 52 years old and had served as pastor in Louisville Owensboro and Morganfield and was book editor for the Methodist Church. Survived by his widow and three children Thomas Richard and Elizabeth with brothers Captain R F Thomas and T W Thomas. Two of his children Thomas and Richard are lawyers in the city.

In Rome on May 9 Francesco Tedesco formerly Minister of Finance and Vice President of the Chamber of Deputies committed suicide by leaping from a window. Police found the body in front of the former Alliance Minister residence and identified it at the hospital where doctors confirmed the death.

Two people were injured when the rear tracks of a Colerain avenue northbound streetcar jumped the rails at Kindel street and collided with a southbound John street car. Mrs. Clara Bothe sustained probable rib fractures. Patrolman John Steinweis was lightly injured.
