A Mexican woman is held by military authorities after authorities found arms in her home and she is set to face a military court on murder charges for allegedly killing eight American sailors and marines during the early occupation days.
Envoys canceled a planned call to Carranza to discuss Dele relief actions. No further details were provided on participants or outcomes.

Dr. Arthur B. Smith of Springfield Ohio now in Lakewood will be tried a third time on June 2 for the murder of his first wife Florence Cavileer Smith. He is free on $10,000 bail and declined to discuss the case. He has opened a new office at Warren Road and Detroit Avenue in Lakewood.
