Harry Bowman an infant sues for divorce through George Bowman as his next friend from Hazel Bowman of Sekitan. He alleges marriage in December 1909 and that he is a minor of tender years at 20. He says his wife has neglected household duties and left him since June last year, with attorneys Snyder and Dickerson.
Vergie Kindley wife of Edward Kindley accuses him of constant abuse over two years and a recent beating that forced her to flee. She files for divorce with attorney John O Eckert.
Annie Duval sues William Duval for divorce alleging three years of no support and self reliance due to his idleness and profligacy. The couple married in 1971. H E Engelhardt is listed as her attorney.

Edith Schubert a 17 year old social welfare worker from Brookfield suburb Chicago was found destitute in a Cleveland hotel after traveling to the city in search of a larger field. A telegram says an unidentified man may have sheltered her to Cleveland. Miss Schubert belonged to the Sorosis Society and worked to inspire higher ideals in young women. Mrs. Willis Melville will travel to Cleveland to bring her home.
Mrs. Glenna Horn files a $2000 damages suit against Christ Sauer bakery foreman of 100 McMillan street alleging that on November 26 Barbara Sauer assaulted her wife, pulled her hair, knocked her to the floor and injured her left limb while they were tenants at Sauer’s premises. Her attorneys are A. D. and R. S. Alcorn.
Harvey Fagin had a $25 fine for obtaining $3 from a young woman under false pretenses remitted and paid $47 in costs. Clarence Overton pled guilty to grand larceny of a diamond bracelet and jewelry valued at $342 from Anthony Corry. Henry Graber and William Piechney admitted taking H E Fisk’s automobile. four month suspended jail terms. A jury found Fred Lawrence guilty of breaking into a freight car. Ed F Alexander defended, Walter M Locke prosecuted.

The Court of Appeals yesterday dismissed Emma Le Harding’s petition in error against the judgment for the St. Louis and Cincinnati Railroad Co. Damages to her West Sixth Street property arose from blasting and ditch excavation. The failure to file within seven ty days led to dismissal. Harmon Colston Goldsmith Hoadly defended the railway. He says he was to receive one third of net profits from immediate delivery claims totaling 5000 by January 1 1912 with 40 weekly pay plus traveling expenses and 100 shares at par value issued as profits. He alleges the company agreed to not issue further stock to him.
Jacobs sues for examination of company books to fix his stock entitlement and asks $12,500 including $2,500 lost wages plus $10,000 par value stock. He claims the company failed to perform its contract and refused to let him sell its output. Scott Bonham represents him.
The Ventilated Cushion and Spring Company appealed a Michigan Federal Court ruling to the Circuit Court of Appeals in Kalamazoo. Frank D Arcy of Kalamazoo was found not to infringe the Ventilated Company's patent on automobile springs, with costs taxed against the patent holder.
The Second National Bank of this city by its attorney Judge Jelke asked the court to move the West Disinfecting Company suit to the law division, claiming the action concerns only money.
