Five high officials including Mayor Roberts Sheriff Dennis Shea City Judge Thomas Smith and Street Inspector Alexander Aczel alias Steel were jailed after failing to post $5 000 bonds each on charges alleging they attempted to corrupt government witnesses in the Terre Haute election case.
