WONDON March 23 The Ulster dispute intensifies as army resignations and rumored mutiny unsettle the government. Opposition leaders Andrew Bonar Law and Arthur Balfour condemn Asquith’s policy, urging clear protection for Ulster and warning of potential collapse of home rule amid divisions in the army.

Durham, a 1910 census city of 18 241, is a noted tobacco center.
