A manslaughter charge against Herman J. Masters 31 of Norwood was dismissed by Mayor Harry H. Baker in Norwood Police Court over the February 6 automobile accident at Main Avenue and the B&O crossing that killed Eldridge Moore 62 of Latonia Ky. Masters was not arrested until days after the crash.
