Trains Crash Near Gothenburg Kill Four
Four people died and about thirty were injured when Union Pacific No. 12 the Colorado Special collided with No. 4 the Atlantic Express near Gothenburg Nebraska amid a blizzard. Three stockmen and Conductor Phillips and Brakeman Craddock are missing and presumed killed in a separate rear end collision near Heron Nebraska the same day.
