Mrs Graves dies at 104 in Lexington Kentucky
Aunt Polly Cloud Graves born February 16 1797 in the county died at home in Lexington at age 104. She survived a hip fracture from a fall and increasing blindness and used crutches. Her father Major John Graves of Virginia served with Lafayette. She married William M Graves who died in 1871 leaving thirteen children. Only two survive A M Henry and John Q Graves of Los Angeles. Her son James M Graves a banker died two years ago.
