Albert Frick, 22, suffered Landry's paralysis and lived four days and a half as about sixty Public Service Company workers alternated pressing and releasing his diaphragm to force breathing. He died at Evanston hospital at 10 o'clock tonight.
Washington March 10. William Cannon secretary to Under Secretary Ogden L Mills of the U S Treasury Department was found dead in his office. Coroner Nevitt said a heart attack was likely after a brief examination. He was found on the floor apparently while cleaning the office.
Montreal March 10. Mr and Mrs Orrin J Kellogg of Oneida Wis were arraigned at a preliminary hearing on charges of virtually selling New York state to Indians of the Six Nations for a small down payment and monthly installments. The land, claimed to be theirs and releasable from the U S government, was valued at six hundred billion dollars in the scheme.
An Ohio former governor Judson Harmon died last month leaving a 370000 estate. The will creates a trust managed by Provident Savings Bank for his three daughters and later for grandchildren, with income split among heirs and a family home kept for descendants. The document, dated May 8 1916, was presented for probate by attorney Alfred Cassatt.

Hidden in a $100 million deficiency bill, a $6,500 item to cover the Senate restaurant loss was cut, risking closure this month and forcing stays in Washington to seek meals elsewhere during the break.
