The Cincinnati, New Orleans & Texas Pacific Railway moved its offices into the Ingalls Building after a Superior Court injunction blocked contractors from entering the premises. Furniture vans and office fixtures were loaded, but entry was blocked by scaffolding and a dispute with Ingalls Realty and W H Ellis Co. The court granted the injunction, the railway fixtures entered, and matters were held in status quo pending further agreement and inspection of work.
