Osborne and Putnam pleaded guilty after transfer to Cincinnati and received 21 months in Atlanta federal prison and six months in Miami County Jail Troy.
Pittsburgh report says a human skull, wrapped in a December 29 newspaper, was found partly buried in snow by boys chasing a baseball. A nearby basket suggested it was carried there from a parallel street and tossed over the embankment. Morgue identified decomposed neck flesh and an adult skull. no suspects.

Mrs. Bertha Horchem, a member of an air circus, was killed when the left wing crumpled during a loop at 1,200 feet at the municipal flying field in San Antonio. The plane crashed 20 feet in front of the hangar near about 3,000 spectators. her husband Cyle Horehem owns the circus.
In Morehead City North Carolina on March 2 Lieutenant Commander A E Montgomery and Machinists Mate Christianson were injured when their observation plane fell seventy five feet into shallow water. Lieutenant S F Fick was uninjured. The craft was one of three planes that departed Hampton Roads Virginia for Miami Florida earlier today. Neither injured is believed to be fatally hurt.
Charles Meyerle, president of the Newport National Bank, owner of Covington and Newport meat shops, offers a 5000 reward for information leading to arrest and conviction of four bandits who held up his car and wounded his chauffeur Albert Chappy on Saturday night in Newport. The robbery netted 1800 in receipts, though 1200 remained. Chappy is in serious condition at St Elizabeth's Hospital. The bandits fled toward Bellevue after taking a satchel with money. Meyerle urges harsher punishment and arming citizens for protection.
Frank A. Vanderlip told a Heights Free Synagogue audience that President Coolidge should not accept a Daugherty resignation if a whitewash accompanies it.
