Sewer Caps Blow Up On Yeiser Street

Clarksburg West Virginia March 2 Fifty years ago E M Hart of Romine s Mills sheltered a boy named Will Jones. A $20 bill paid as change became $10 short. Jones accused of theft. Hart and merchant punished him. Yesterday Hart received a letter from Beverly West Virginia claiming the same $10 bill was found and enclosed to him.
