Union Central closes deal for building site
The Union Central Life Insurance company and the Chamber of Commerce reach a formal agreement. Union Central will acquire the Fourth and Vine property, pay $600,000 cash, and lease the second and third floors in perpetuity, with $7,500 annual cash to the Chamber and a $10,000 cash return, ending with a $600,000 payment to the Chamber. The deal moves toward construction of a new Cincinnati building on the site.

At 7 o clock this morning C P Rodgers a New York sportsman flew over a section of Dayton in a Wright machine.
