Norwood Letter Carrier Dies After Handing Letter
Clarence Burnett a 54 year old Norwood letter carrier collapsed and died yesterday afternoon as he handed a letter to Mrs Clopine at Cart er and Hopkins streets Norwood. He had suffered a prior stroke in February but had been in good health yesterday. Burnett leaves his son Frank E P Burnett president of the Norwood board of education and his lodge Cynthia Lodge F and A M of Cincinnati will likely conduct the funeral. His body was taken to Tredway undertaking and then to the family residence on Montgomery road.
