Reichert case to be pressed in state courts
An association led by Russell Wilson presses for prosecution of Reichert and co conspirators in state courts. They argue the federal records and affidavits are unnecessary, and demand action despite federal immunity rules. Charles Bell states he cannot proceed without federal information. The dispute centers on moving the graft case from federal to state courts.
