Mrs Reibold alleges she was forced to leave her husband because of gross neglect and ill treatment she received at his hands. The petition cites that she has suffered from a long and painful illness the result of his misconduct as he well knew. The prominence of the parties and the sensational charges promise an interesting trial should the case ever come to a hearing.
