Federation plan for Central American republics outlined

Professor Karl Hall in Karlsruhe Faces Murder Charge

Karl Hall, Roman law professor at George Washington University, is imprisoned in Karlsruhe charged with murdering his mother in law Frau Molitor. Lawrence man dies amid $500000 life insurance mystery

L. H. Perkins of Lawrence Kansas died after falling from his roof a death believed not accidental. He had applied for 100000 insurance with Union Central Life last December but the risk was declined. Perkins, a 50 year old attorney and prominent citizen, had planned a palatial new home that burned before completion. The incident involves insurers examining if the death was intended.
