Huntington June 3 Judge T R Shepherd refused to set aside a verdict for 10 dollars in a 275000 damage action brought by the Cole and Crane estate of Cincinnati against the Main Island Creek Coal Company. A sixty day stay of execution was granted on appeal. The suit has been pending for years. trustees Alfred H. Cole and Judge Campbell represent heirs none of whom live in Cincinnati. Clinton Crane and James O. Cole founded the Crane Coal Company.
