Chicago July 30 A Evanston Justice halted a high profile trial over whether Cicero police beat comedienne Rosetta Duncan or if she assaulted officers. Witnesses described injuries while officers claimed she scratched bit and kicked. A witness noted officer Widlock held to grand jury on assault with intent to kill.

Coroner notified. identity of other men in his party could not be confirmed.
