A 68 year old grandfather Harold Annes 42 year old Warren Annes and 15 year old Charles Annes were arrested in the slaying of Webb Hogan 33 a painter contractor at his home on the L L L highway three miles beyond Sand ford town Ky Hogan was shot at 415 yesterday morning while answering an alarm from two boys sleeping in a tent on his lawn The boys M J Daily Jr 14 and Russell Lindoff 15 aided the investigation.
