Robbery suspect nabbed in court in Boston
Frank Wallace alias Gustin was arrested in the Municipal Court Building and held on a charge of taking part in the Detroit News robbery of June 6 in which Patrolman George Barsted was killed. In Wooster Ohio on July 25 Mrs Ruth Gilbert and C A Selton were jailed on first degree murder charges for the Saturday killing of J O Gilbert at the Gilbert farm. Gilbert allegedly forced labor on the family and forbade Sunday school. Dorothy 11 was sent to Canal Fulton to summon Selton to dispose of the body. Authorities found Gilbert’s body on a Warwick road wrapped in a gunny sack with bloodstains at the scene and in Selton’s car. The four Gilbert children were named Dorothy Leonard Arthur and another child.

Edward Nolte 50 of 1206 Plum street and John Nordhaus 59 of 4411 Glenway avenue were injured with skull fractures and taken to General Hospital in serious condition.
